Dead Heading
How many time have you caught yourself enviously checking out your neighbors flowers? The same type, size and age plant that has double the blossoms than yours! Well, here is the dirty secret- deadheading. On top of good soils, material, and appropriate sun and watering, blossoms can be enhanced by deadheading.
The reason why it's a good idea to deadhead blossoms is because we ultimately want more beautiful flowers.
