Walls, Stairs, & Boulders
These are the staple hardscapes- rock retaining walls, stone stairs, and decorative boulders. We have the expertise and equipment to design and build them all.
A good yard should be a mix of usable, flat space and space designed to create interest. This is where rock structures come into play, adding interest while doing the job of retaining dirt to create usable, flat areas. Rock structures can also be used to terrace the land and create visual depth.
A Better Way to Retain
So, you decided on the perfect spot to build a nice patio so you can spend more time out in your yard. But the ground is steep! Luckily, the solution is easy for us and will look great. Boulder walls can retain immense loads of dirt and can be built using a variety of different rock types.
Short and Sturdy
If you don't need to retain a lot of dirt and want something that looks classy and modern, a dry stack wall is the perfect solution! Typically shorter than 3 feet, dry stack walls create an asthetically pleasing barrier to create interest and provide extra space in your yard.
Ascend in Style
What goes up, must come down. And if you are going to make the trip, it might as well be a pleasant trip. Rock steps are sturdy, attractive, and can blend in with other rock work and nearby landscape elements.
Interesting Rocks
Sometimes you just have to mix things up. Rocks and boulders make excellent ornaments and focal points in a yard! As usual, this takes careful planning and skillful placing, which is why you need us. We can help you plan and execute the placing of decorative rocks to give your landscape some distinction.
