This is where the magic happens. The only way to expect great work out of someone is to first teach them what great work looks like. We train our crews, daily, on the jobs and projects they will be encountering throughout the work season. If there is a special skill to be taught, our owner and supervisors hold on-site training in order to demonstrate and observe the skills being taught. When we aren't training, we have team leads that visit each crew to ensure quality work and to answer questions or to demonstrate any new skills.

Fast & Efficient

The next step keeping our teams sharp and ready is having the right tools. We are big believers in having the right tool for the right job because it yields better results and keeps the work efficient. All of our teams are equipped with all the tools needed to complete any job the Rasmussen Way. 

Having the right tool also means keeping a good pace. Rather than struggling to perform work with an improper tool, the right tool makes the work go much faster.
